Dragon Tree in Wrigley Botanical Garden on Catalina Island off the southern Califormia coast is about 15 feet tall. October 2017. The original image was processed with Photoshop Raw converter for exposure and distortion correction. The image above was then created with Topaz Labs software for an almost "neon" look.
This image was made from the same original as the one above, except using an older Topaz filter called Clarity.
